Returns

Our return policy is valid for 10 days after receipt of your merchandise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURNED MERCHANDISE
You are responsible for paying shipping costs associated with your return. We strongly recommend you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the event that we do not receive your product.

Twin City Kids is not responsible for returned merchandise lost during shipping.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on bathing suits, underwear, jewelry or hair accessories.

Additional non-returnable items:
• Gift cards
• Sale items - sale items cannot be refunded, however we are happy to exchange or credit.
• Items purchased from any online vendor other than Twin City Kids.
• Items purchased through resale shops or other non-retail vendors.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

There will be no refunds or exchanges if the merchandise is not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error. Any approved item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card.

Prior to sending your returned merchandise, please look up your order. An order number is required for exchanges/refunds. Request to return/exchange the merchandise by sending an email to info@twincitykidsclothing.com; in the Subject line enter the order number and either Exchange or Return. Explain briefly why you are requesting a refund/exchange. Please DO NOT mail any returns/exchanges to us until you have submitted your request and have received a reply approving your return/exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days depending on your method of payment. If you are not approved you will receive a store credit.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the purchaser on file and he/she will be notified about your return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company depending on what form of payment you used.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@twincitykidsclothing.com

Exchanges (if applicable)
Twin City Kids will process your exchange within two business days of receipt. We will pay the shipping costs associated with sending the new product out.
